Rena’s path into herbalism began with a personal journey toward healing, one that pharmaceuticals couldn’t complete, but plants could. Frustrated by quick fixes that never addressed the root cause, she immersed herself in the study of clinical herbalism, learning how botanicals interact with the body on a deeper level.

What started as a personal search for wellness grew into a calling to help others. Today, Rena’s Herb Heaven exists to guide people back to their body’s own innate ability to heal.
